Appointment Process
The best way to book an appointment would be by calling into the clinic. This is the fastest way to book an appointment, as the receptionist will be able to find a time that works best for your schedule. The receptionist will be more than happy to answer any questions you have about the appointment; how long it may take, the cost, etc.
We check our e-mail consistently throughout the day, so if it is easier for you to send us an email than we will be happy to help you.
We are also available during business hours to book an appointment if you would just like to stop in to book your appointment. We can also accommodate you if you need to drop your pet off on your way to work to be checked out while you are at work.
Emergency Process
Please phone the clinic (905-768-1611) to leave a non-urgent message on the answering machine after office hours. It will be received as soon as the clinic opens in the morning or after the weekend.
