Janice is the most recent addition to the HVS team in January 2020. She is here to comfort your pet during its visit here as out Animal Care Attendant as well as assist in reception. After obtaining her education from McMaster University and Mohawk College in a variety of unrelated fields and working at a few of our awesome town’s local businesses, Janice has come to realize her love for pets should be her career as it is her passion. Her compassion for animals started at an early age growing up helping at her mom’s Himalayan Cattery and now she is our resident crazy cat lady with a half dozen cats, a few hundred pounds of dogs and some pet goats she calls her family. Aside from hanging with her furkids, she enjoys working in her vegetable gardens, batch cooking and woodworking up some crazy catios and cat playground creations in her spare time.
